Refund Policy

At Dr. Mayurika Das, we strive to provide the best services. However, the following refund terms apply:

1. Cancellation

• Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the session may be eligible for rescheduling.
• Late cancellations may not be eligible for a refund.

2. Refund Eligibility

• Refunds are only considered in exceptional circumstances.
• Once a session has been conducted, no refunds will be provided.

3. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
